The committees of American Intercon School, Chbar Ampov Campus conducted the Career Planning and Academic Major Selection Workshop for Grade 12 Students, themed "Navigating Futures: Strategic Career Planning and Higher Education Pathways,". It is designed to empower graduating seniors as they transition from secondary education to higher learning. The initiative focuses on guiding students through self-assessment to align their personal strengths, interests, and aptitudes with suitable university majors and evolving global job market demands. By introducing practical decision-making frameworks and insights into industry trends, the workshop helps students establish realistic career trajectories while minimizing academic mismatch.
