On July 6, 2026, Grade 7 to Grade 11 students actively and responsibly participated in a tree and ornamental plant cultivation initiative under the inspiring theme “A Green Environment Begins with All of Us.” This activity was organized to enhance the aesthetic appeal and overall environment of classrooms across all grade levels, ensuring a vibrant, lush, and welcoming setting in preparation for the upcoming 2026–2027 academic year.
Beyond beautifying the school grounds, this experiential learning activity served as a valuable life lesson in cultivating environmental stewardship among the younger generation. By planting and caring for trees with their own hands, students gained a deeper appreciation for several core educational values:
Environmental Awareness & Love for Nature: Understanding the vital role of greenery in cooling the environment, generating oxygen, and creating a serene, conducive atmosphere for learning.
Civic Responsibility & Collective Action: Reinforcing the concept that environmental conservation is not the duty of a single individual, but a shared responsibility that begins with small, meaningful actions within their own classrooms and school community.
Teamwork & Leadership: Collaborating effectively with classmates to divide tasks and care for the plants, thereby strengthening unity, communication, and strong peer relationships.
By coming together to nurture a greener campus, the students demonstrated exemplary civic engagement—laying a strong foundation of moral character and social responsibility that empowers them to grow into environmentally conscious citizens for the future.
