The inauguration ceremony was held on the morning of October 27, 2023 under the presidency of Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mengly J. Quach Education, including executive committees, staffs, teachers and a large number of journalists.

The new campus of the Aii Language Center and the American Intercon School is located in Ta Prohm Village, Prek Eang​ Commune, Chbar Ampov District, Phnom Penh City. The Aii ​​Language Center and the American Intercon School have made significant contributions to educational sectors with tremendous achievement and comfort in learning. The modern facilities in each campus encourage students and teachers to study and work in a modern, well-developed, and full-grown mindset to compete with countries around the world. In addition, there was also a launch of the ninth new masterpiece of Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach titled "Shortcut."

It should be reminded that the Aii Language Center and the American Intercon School were established by Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, Founder, Chairman and CEO of Mengly J. Quach Education since 2005 to contribute to the Royal Government of Cambodia in training human resources with quality, efficiency, and potential for national development with the Royal Government of Cambodia.

Nowadays, the American Intercon School comprises 10 campuses, eight of which are situated in Phnom Penh, while the other two campuses are located in 2 different respective provinces such as Takeo and Siem Reap. Following the inauguration of the Chbar Ampov campus, the management team of the Aii Language Center and the American Intercon School plan to open more new campuses.
