Maintenance and Housing (M&H) Assistant | Central Office April 17, 2023 – January 2024 Mr. Kang Senghuor commenced his professional tenure as a Maintenance and Housing (M&H) Assistant at the Central Office. In this capacity, he was primarily responsible for strategic work planning for the building maintenance team. His role was pivotal in ensuring that repairs and upkeep across various branches were executed efficiently and on schedule. Additionally, he managed the comprehensive documentation and reporting for general building inspections.

Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisor (SPSD) | Central Office February 2024 – August 2025 Driven by his strong performance and dedication, Mr. Senghuor was promoted to the position of Maintenance and Housekeeping Supervisor within the School Property and Safety Department (SPSD). Based at the Central Office, he oversaw a multidisciplinary team, including building technicians and landscaping staff. His responsibilities expanded to coordinating inter-branch maintenance operations, managing landscaping schedules, and supervising pest control protocols to maintain high aesthetic and hygiene standards across all locations.

Maintenance, School Safety, and Public Supervisor | Chbar Ampov Campus September 2025 – Present Mr. Senghuor currently serves as the Maintenance, School Safety, and Public Supervisor at the Chbar Ampov Campus. In this leadership role, he holds comprehensive oversight of building maintenance, campus security, and sanitation standards. He also manages on-site staff housing and logistics. His primary objective is to guarantee optimal facility operations, ensuring a safe, secure, and pristine environment for staff, students, and parents.
