The school committee and teachers of the American Intercon School, Chbar Ampov Campus organized the Khmer Vocabulary Explanation Contest for students in Grades 4 through 6 to identify the most outstanding candidates. The objective of this competition was to demonstrate students' abilities and courage, enhance their intellectual sharpness, and foster broad-minded analytical thinking during their commentary. Furthermore, the program served as a vital platform to encourage students to cultivate reading habits, gain a deeper understanding of vocabulary meanings, and strengthen their proficient use of the national language. Through this competition, students not only gained valuable experience from one another, but also developed a strong spirit of appreciation and active participation in preserving the national literature and cultural heritage for generations to come.
